You need a Registration Device to register the follower bearings. There is one bearing under each pallet arm. They must be EQUALLY SPACED. Watch the machine when it turns. The V fork captures the bearings. When you index, this fork should drop as the pallets turn. There should be no play in the indexer when the machine is stopped.
