I made my purchase throught GSG. Got the quote in writing and everyone was happy. I wrote the check in full. This is a 6-4 Chameleon (side clamps and airlocks). It will work great with our 14-12 M&R auto. Anyway..... i called GSG and they told me that i need a forklift to offload the press. I dont have a freaking forklift! I asked them to ship it on a truck with a liftgate. I do have a pallet jack to handle it once it is on the ground. I was told to cough up some more cash for shipping! WTF! Rich, maybe you should let GSG know to ask their customer how they will need it shipped before quoting the equipment. Still not sure how i will get it off the truck yet, but i do know im not giving up anymore cash. Keep in mind, i have no problems with M&R. I wouldnt have anything else in my shop. Customer service is by far the best. Just thought i would bitch about one of your distributers. | |
