A quick and easy way to get it down to ground level is a tow truck that the bed tilts on. All he has to do is back up to the truck ,slide the crate on to his bed and tilt. I agree the distributor should have discussed the delivery as well as you. Here at M&R we have a sheet that the customer fills out discussing door openings,trucking,etc. Thanks for the input.
