| Rodney (VP of GSG) called me on Monday to try and work out the situation. I found out that the press was already in Houston, which is the last stop before it hits my door. Anyway, he intersepted the delivery and had them put it on a truck with a liftgate. It showed up yesterday and everything went smooth. He also explained to me that there is a form that should have been filled out which details shipping. Somehow that didnt get dont. So instead of him pointing fingers he just handled the problem. In my opinion thats the way you keep customers coming back. I will continue doing business with GSG and hope anyone that reads this will too. | |
