I'm sorry to hear of your condition, that really really sucks... But there's no one who can take responsibility for it but you. There is no "industry" to sue. Where's the money going to come from? The Screenprint Industry Reserve Bank? Individual tobacco companies got sued because they knowingly promoted a dangerous product... some went so far as to deliberately promote their product as not harmful. I don't know of any manufacturers in this industry who have done that, relating to carpal tunnel syndrome or any repetitive-stress injury.
